International Shipping Policies

PUREFUNK offers EMS shipping for all international orders. 
Please note that your Shipping charge and service will be varied basing on package weight and country of destination.
For those countries which are not listed, please contact us for further information. 

Please allow 3-5 days for orders placed with EMS shipping.
Any packages being sent will be shipped to the destination and then dropped off to your local post office or other carrier. Please allow 48 hours once your order has shipped for tracking information to become available.



Customs and Duties

Your package maybe will subject to a customs/duties charge.
PUREFUNK is not responsible for customs/duties charges as these costs are determined by your local customs office. When the order reaches your country, you will be contacted by the local customs official with the exact amount that you will be charged. PUREFUNK cannot determine. 
In advance, what these fees will be, but we do try to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your items on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value. This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.



Exchange Policy
Unused items in its original state maybe returned within 7 days from date received with reference to original invoice, note detailing reason for exchange and what exchanging for.  Exchanges are only for items of equal or lesser value.
Please note that customers should be responsible for all the shipping fee through the exchange processes.
